| Inner Mapping: A Weekend of Therapeutic Enactment A dramatic interactive weekend exploring stories, strengths, and relationships. Hypnosis for Childbirth This unique 4 week intensive course will prepare both the mom-to-be and her birthing partner for labour and delivery. Some of the topics discussed include pain management tools (self hypnosis), valuable information for pregnancy, birth & postpartum, reducing fear and anxiety, discussion around different types of childbirth (home birth, medications, Cesarean), preparation for unexpected circumstances, stages of birth, postpartum topics (breastfeeding, postpartum depression, etc.). Focused on Fertility Whether you are currently undergoing treatment for fertility or are trying to conceive unassisted, this course will help you create a better focus on your fertility.
